We make sure all of our new clients feel welcome, taken care of, and excited for their new project. During your consultation, we will run through the proposed plan, discussing both aesthetic and functional goals, following up with pricing and timing estimates. Then, we will begin work on the agreed upon date, making sure we are both timely and respectful of your home. The client will be updated on progress regularly, and should any issues arise, we will be prompt in addressing them and straightforward with the client. When work is complete, we will document the finished project with images and if you are happy with the result, we hope you will recommend us to your friends and family.
